Commercial design involves the strategic planning and execution of spaces tailored for business and commercial activities. It encompasses understanding the unique requirements of businesses, such as functionality, branding, and customer experience.

Project managers oversee the entire process, from conceptualisation to completion, collaborating with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the design aligns with the client's objectives, complies with regulations, and meets budgetary constraints. Attention is given to optimising layouts for efficiency, integrating technology where necessary, and creating environments that foster productivity and customer engagement.

Additionally, sustainable design principles are increasingly integrated to minimise environmental impact and operational costs over the long term.

VETSCAPE animal hospital is a veterinary equine and small animal hospital that will boast a 1500m2 new extension by April 2025. The construction is currently underway with ONTGIN acting as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.

In 2018 we renovated the current vineyard suites into high end singular accommodation units. Tastefully decorated by interior designer Clinton Savage, with this magnificent view these suites are the perfect intimate experience at La Petite Ferme.

In 2022 we renovated the current Manor House from 4 to 5 individual bedrooms. Another five star renovation adding true opulence to the La Petite collection.

In 2023 we transformed the old winery into 5 winery suites including a new hotel reception. These suites are beautifully conceptualised by the owner Karim Charaf, fitted out with master art pieces and fabrics.

ONTGIN performed the Project Management and Quantity Surveying roles at all three these projects.
