‘Tania has a B.Sc Hons degree in Quantity Surveying and chartered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, she has a passion for property acting mostly as a Development Manager and Quantity Surveyor in control of all costs from feasibilities to final accounts. She holds valuable experience in Contractual Management and Dispute Resolution which makes her a valuable asset to the property experience. Her 25 years’ experience in the industry has forged key relationships with local council and consultants alike to guarantee the success of the process from inception to completion’

‘Gerhardi has a B.Compt Hons degree in accounting and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, CA(SA). His experience spans many business industries & sectors which has allowed him to build up extremely valuable cross functional and sectoral relationships, connecting clients, customers and businesses alike. His keen understanding of numbers, markets, trends, governance and marketing, coupled with a ‘can do’ attitude often sees him identifying a sweet spot where they all come together, smarter and faster.
